To reply to your inquiry, to evaluate the technical configuration, and to prepare a quotation or an order if the project continues.

How it is used and shared

Inquiry information is used to answer you. We do not sell it and we do not use it for advertising. We share only what is necessary to fulfil an order, for example with a carrier or a certification body.

How long we keep it

Inquiry records and uploaded drawings are kept for as long as needed to handle the inquiry and any resulting order. Retention periods for inquiries that do not lead to an order are being confirmed and will be stated here.

Your requests

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the information you sent. Write to the contact address on the contact page and we will respond.
