View modelHow we work
We review working current, peak current, pulse duration, pulse frequency, cut-off voltage, temperature and space before recommending a cell or a pack. A model number alone is not enough for a pulse application.
Our engineers confirm the cell selection, series/parallel structure, tabs, wire leads and connector, then issue the drawing. With complete technical information this is usually same day and at the latest within two days.
Samples are charged and carry no minimum order quantity, with freight paid by the customer. MOQ and lead time are confirmed for each configuration and each quantity, in the quotation.
Every shipment is checked for voltage, appearance and dimensions, and a pre-shipment inspection report is provided. Quality issues within one year of purchase are handled by BELICELL.
Applications
Sealed field devices, wide temperature range and scheduled reporting: capacity and pulse behaviour both have to be confirmed before a model is chosen.
How we approach itLow standing load, sharp transmission pulses: the configuration follows the pulse the radio produces, not the radio's name.
How we approach itLong standing time plus periodic transmission pulses: metering devices need a cell chosen against both halves of the load profile.
How we approach itSleep current, reporting interval and the peak of a position fix decide the pack; nominal capacity alone does not.
How we approach itA sealed terminal lives or dies by the balance between its standing current and its periodic bursts, so the duty cycle comes before the…
How we approach itLong idle periods followed by a short update pulse: the rest period, the update current and the temperature decide whether one cell is enough.
How we approach itProcess
You send a model number or describe the application.
We confirm the delivery form: bare cell, tabs, connector, pack, or ER + capacitor.
Our engineers propose the configuration and issue a drawing.
You test a charged sample against your device.
The quotation follows the confirmed technical solution: PO, PI and payment.
Production, then voltage, appearance and dimension checks.
Shipment with the inspection report, and support through the project cycle.
MOQ and lead times depend on the configuration and the quantity, and are confirmed in the quotation for each order.
Questions
It depends on the working current, peak current, pulse duration, frequency and your device's cut-off voltage. Many wireless devices benefit from a hybrid ER + HPC configuration, but the combination has to be evaluated against those parameters rather than assumed.
Yes. Tabs, wire leads, connectors and series/parallel structures are all specified per project and confirmed on the drawing before production.
The model or application, the delivery form, quantity, and the load conditions if the device has pulse requirements. The quotation follows the confirmed technical solution.
Four fields are enough to start: your name, work email, the model or application, and a short description of what you need.
